SUMMARY
Pressing SHIFT + mouse wheel, should perform horizontal scrolling.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin in a directory so that both hotizontal and vertial scrollbar
are visible
2. Press SHIFT while scrolling mouse wheel

Vertical scrolling
