SUMMARY
When using the magnify function of Desktop Effects, only the wallpaper is shown
in the zoom box and edges of applications. The box is also very dark.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the Magnifier option in Desktop Effects
2. Zoom using Meta++
3. Move over apps, the wallpaper, etc.
OBSERVED RESULT
1. No app contents
2. Extremely dark box that only shows wallpaper content
EXPECTED RESULT
1. No darkening
2. App contents visible
