We don't have any control over what `xdg-screensaver activate` does, so let's
keep this bug report about what the Turn Off Screen shortcut does. When I
assign a key to it in Plasma 6 and activate the shortcut, my screens turn off
but the system does not lock. This is what's expected. You say that when you do
the same thing, the screen also locks?
Do you by any chance have any customizations or modifications that could help
explain this?
