I'm afraid I'm having a hard time seeing the bug in that screen recording. Can
you help me understand what it is by either beefing up the STEPS TO REPRODUCE
(e.g. by specifying all your panel settings and whether any windows are open
and if any of them are touching the panel on any workspaces) or else attaching
a new screen recording that shows the whole screen instead of just a part of
it? Thanks a lot!
