Both of your screenshots show icons at the exact same level of blurriness,
which is what I would expect. The only difference I can see is that Patrick's
screenshot shows 16px icons (the default size), while yours shows 22px icons
(non-default; you must be using the "Scale with panel thickness" setting).
Because the 22px icons have more detail, they may look less blurry, but it's an
optical illusion. I think we're falling victim to the placebo effect here. :)
