I encountered a similar problem when using ja_JP locale in Plasma 6.0 Dev, but
not in 5.27.29.
In most of system locales I've tried, such as American English, German and
French, the tooltip shows date and time in English without this glitch. As far
as I know It can be observed only in ja_JP locale. Is this -
