I tried but I can't reproduce it.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon Unstable
KDE Plasma Version: 5.90.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.246.0
Qt Version: 6.6.0
STEPS THAT I DID
1. I set up a panel with global menu widget
2. I used the system for a while and opened various apps and tried to reproduce
it
3. I did everything in the attached video but I couldn't reproduce it
