SUMMARY

When creating/applying effects to the clip in timeline under first sequence,
then creating a 2nd sequence and adding 1st sequence to it results in ignoring
all applied effect from sequence 1.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add (for this example) image, apply transform effect (say) zoom from 0% to
100% animation.
2. Create 2nd sequence
3. Add 1st sequence to 2nd sequence's timeline

OBSERVED RESULT
Effects are ignored/not working when playing in 2nd sequence which was
originally applied in 1st sequence

EXPECTED RESULT
Effects are shown in sequence that are originally applied in 1st sequence.
