For Plasma 6, Nicolas Fella whittled down the set of power-related activity
settings to just two settings that are both relevant to users and maintainable
with reasonable effort. These were moved to the Activities KCM in
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/commit/fa6fa2c55d77c862cdd0fb629efa98120bde4b56
and the "Activity Power Settings" KCM in the power management / energy saving
category was removed.
Leaving this bug open for now because the other suggestion is not yet
implemented (but easy to add):
