Is it the same SD card, or a new one?
Is it the same SD card reader, or a new one?
Have you updated your kernel recently, or is it the same version you used for a
long time (I'm guessing since you're using Manjaro, that you get frequent
Kernel updates, but I thought I'd ask)
If the device or hardware haven't changed, I suspect a Kernel or udev
regression has caused this.
