Currently, whenever the website is visited, it automatically displays the
English translations. If the user, say, has their interface in Ukrainian, it
should automatically display the Ukrainian translation.
The language drop-down might not be obvious to the user, but providing
automatic language switching like the KDE websites, it would be a great
convenience to the users.
