SUMMARY
Specifically double click titlebar actions are broken (on Wayland).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure double-click title bar actions are on at: System Settings -> Window
Management -> Window Behaviour -> Titlebar Actions -> Double-click
1. Double click on a titlebar managed by kwin (so Firefox works because it
handles it itself)
OBSERVED RESULT
The window is not maximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window is maximized.
