STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. add an icc profile for your monitor
3. click "apply"
OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse cursor is surrounded by box wherein the color is lighter than the
rest of the screen
EXPECTED RESULT
No box around the mouse cursor
