SUMMARY
Can't switch windows after clicking on the volume taskbar icon in fullscreen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Firefox
2. F11
3. Windows (super) key
4. Open the volume controller from the taskbar
5. Open dolphin from the taskbar
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin opens, but plasma won't switch to it
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma switches to dolphin
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11+kde+r148-1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This worked in plasma-desktop 5.27.6, but not in 5.27.7. I can also reproduce
this issue in KDE neon unstable
