I tested it again here today, with an Intel Mini PC (Windows 11) with Intel Graphics and 2x HDMI output. A TV screen with 4k resolution and 200% scaling and an HD screen with 100% scaling. I can drag digiKam between the two screens without any problems and it adjusts without any problems. You can test one more thing, please remove the OpenGL32.dll in the C:\Program Files\digiKam\ directory to see if there is a change.
