SUMMARY
List of virtual desktops is not scrollable on Overview until a virtual desktop
thumbnail is selected by clicking on it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open overview
2. Add virtual desktops using the overview until "+" button moved out of screen
3. Close overview and reopen it again
4. Scroll through list of virtual desktops / their thumbnails
OBSERVED RESULT
List of virtual desktop thumbnails is only scrollable once a virtual is
selected my clicking on its thumbnail.
EXPECTED RESULT
List of virtual desktop thumbnails is scrollable once the mouse is hovering
over their thumbnails.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Rawhide (reproducable on KDE Neon unstable as well)
