STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Meta key to open app launcher
2. It sometimes does not open
3. Status and Notifications "Show hidden icons" upward popup also does not work
at those times
OBSERVED RESULT
Kick off app launcher menu does not popup
EXPECTED RESULT
Kickoff should pop out to show app launcher

Alt+F1 is not shown as Keyboard Shortcut in App Launcher Settings. Configuring
it to Alt+F1 does not solve this issue either.
