I have not yet been able to test the fix, but I was able to try again on RC1.

It actually works ok as long as my 2nd screen does not mirror the first.
If I have no 2nd screen it works, if I have a 2nd screen on the side it works,
but it eats crazy CPU resources when it's mirrored.
When I say it works ok, the foreground process does use a bit more CPU when the
mouse is moved but it's only a few percent so no big deal. Yet based on the
description of the fix, I fear it would fix that and not the actual annoying
case but we'll see. I'll try to start a build with the fix now and I'll report
later.
