(Note: I'm not 100% sure this should go in kwin, nor if it is in the right
subcomponent of kwin. If I made a mistake, I apologize!)
Seems that, in Plasma 6 (RC1), windows have a tendancy to 'snap' around 1/6th
the way down the screen (See video).
It seems to also snap a little below the task bar, but to be honest, that's
very likely to be intended.
