kdegraphics-thumbnailers does build for Qt6 now, and I see both PDF thumbnails
as well as the option to enable or disable them in Dolphin's settings (Under
the name "Postscript, PDF and DVI files").
If you're still not seeing that there, I suspect it's a Neon packaging issue,
for which I would recommend submitting a new bug report.
