Bug ID: 480009 Summary: Krunner prediction text doesn't line up with typed text after font size change Classification: Plasma Product: krunner Version: master Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: fi...@tutanota.com CC: alexander.loh...@gmx.de, natalie_clar...@yahoo.de Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 165018 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=165018&action=edit Krunner open with the typed text misaligned with the predicted text. Krunner seems to predict what you will type based on previously entered searches. These show up semi-opaque, while the text you type is opaque. When the ("General") font size is changed in System Settings, the prediction text in Krunner does not line up with the typed text. Neither font changes size, but the typed text is always vertically centred while the prediction text is aligned with the top of the search box. The icons to the left and right within the search box change size (i.e. change the vertical size of the box) and this seems to be causing the typed & predicted text be misaligned. Both typed and predicted text should be vertically centred, and either the both texts should reflect the ("General") font size set in System Settings, or else the other Krunner elements should not scale up / down when the font size is changed.
