STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Send text from the android phone (via share) the computer using KDE Connect.
A notification appears on the computer with the preview of the text and an
option to "Open in text editor."
Click on "Open in text editor."
OBSERVED RESULT
The notification closes, losing the text, but no text editor is launched.
EXPECTED RESULT
The text editor should open with the text sent from the phone.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It would be good to be able to choose which text editor to open in the
kdeconnect client. This is a fresh Windows install, however, and my text editor
is currently notepad so nothign unusual there.
No error messages are displayed when the issue occurs.
