OK, the problem still exists even though we don't make any changes to the
KSycoca environment variable on KF5 desktop systems where a database already
exists.
Since the problem is only occurring here now and not a few weeks ago, it is
probably because we have current KF5 systems here.
Gilles, can you please update KF5 in the AppImage?
