If i try to tighten up icons on main screen (with wallpaper) after some time
they are randomly spreaded around with requirement to scroll.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Cant find exact reason but it piss me off

Icons spreaded everywhere and need to scroll

Icons need to stay in position
