STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate Find in Files View
2. Click on the button to choose whether to search only in current file or
whole project or etc.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
when hovering with the mouse over the individual entries in the dropdown menu
no visual indicator is shown

some visual indication
