Exception is when the GTK app is side-by-side with a Qt app that can be resized normally, then both apps can be resized at the same time by dragging on the space between them as normal. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch a GTK app 2. Drag it to a screen edge/corner 3. Let go 4.
