            Bug ID: 480620
Summary: EWS - KMail2 not showing last 10 days of emails
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 5.24.4
          Platform: Manjaro
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: critical
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kdepim-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: as9902...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

The latest email I see in the inbox is of January 20, 2024. However, using
outlook web page I see all the recent emails, including the one I sent and
received today, yesterday and everyday since January 20, 2024.

When I open KMail, it always starts as offline with all mailbox subfolders in
red.
- I have to go to Settings/Configure Kmail.../Accounts/Receiving/
- Select the EWS mail account
- click Modify...
- on General tab click Try Connect
- Enter outlook password
- Enter 2FA code
- Click OK to close Microsoft Exchange Configuration
- Click OK to close KMail configuration
- All folders will now turn from red to white in my case because of dark mode

Now go to Inbox folder and wait for the message list to refresh.
It doesn't refresh.
It show messages from 10 days ago.
I go to other folders, still 10 days old messages.

Try re-authenticating again, same problem continues.

When I click on a different email folder, I see the wheel very briefly and it
shows the old messages.

I don't know what to do to force KMail to download the recent messages.
Please advise.
