SUMMARY

Keyboard layout system tray item is not working on RC version of KDE when user
wants to use more languages for input. It is not visible, and there are
graphical bugs in the settings dialog also when it is opened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set more then one input language in the layout setting for keyboard
2. Observe if layout icon is visible in the tray
3. Try to open the setting dialog when tray is put in edit mode
OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard layout icon is not visible
EXPECTED RESULT
Layout icon should be visible in the tray, and the settings dialog should work
without graphical glitches
