STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an existing install of KDE Testing
2. Update to most recent package versions
3. Try logging in either Wayland or X11
OBSERVED RESULT
Hangs at Boot Splash Screen for an unusually long time (>30 seconds) then black
screen with mouse cursor, can call Konsole and start applications from command
line
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma starts normally. Big smiles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Affects Wayland and X11 session. I keep a user with default settings for just
such an occasion and can't log into Plasma on that account either. I was able
to boot a couple days ago (2/1) with Plasma 6, but KDE Frameworks at 5.249.0,
installed yesterday (2/2) updates and shut down. Couldn't boot today (2/3).
Tried updating, but those updates didn't fix problem.
