STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install updates with Discover
2. observe the Update page while the updates are installed
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
sometimes there is an empty space above the updates list. Please see the
attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur
