STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure you are connected to a wifi network
2. reboot
3. login
OBSERVED RESULT
It takes over a minute to connect to a wifi network
EXPECTED RESULT
Should take a few seconds to connect to a wifi network

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've never had a problem in Plasma 5, and didn't in Plasma 6 until sometime in
RC2. Now it is slow every time.
