150x150 is the minimum size that KWin enforces for decorated windows. If the
min size is that low, it means Qt isn't setting a minimum size.
Apparently that was a bug at some point in 6.7, but it's already been fixed. It
should correct itself whenever Arch updates Qt 6.7
