SUMMARY
The battery widget in the panel has a setting to show the percent in the panel
on the symbol. However, after a reboot the percentage is not shown anymore.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. activate "show battery percent" in battery/power widget
2. reboot
3. observe
OBSERVED RESULT
battery percent is not shown anymore
EXPECTED RESULT
battery percent should still be shown
