SUMMARY
When switching the theme of Plasma, it's done in a choppy way and there's no
smooth transition
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start settings
2. switch to other theme
3. observe
OBSERVED RESULT
The theme is switched in "multiple steps"
EXPECTED RESULT
The theme should be switched in one go and be smoothly animated
