SUMMARY
There is a font rendering issue in Info Center when using fractional scaling.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set scaling to 125%
2. Open Info Center
3. Notice rendering issues
OBSERVED RESULT
Some text has rendering issues
EXPECTED RESULT
All text should look fine
