We are trying to build kdewebkit version 5.115.0 and compilation is failing
trying to find ECMFeatureSummary

Extract from the output:

```

As far as I am aware, this "FeatureSummary" should be only in KF6 and it seems
like this is a mistake.

Apparently this was introduced here:

Could you please have a look at this?
