The middle of screen is set offset, so windows don't snap halfway rather than
wrong position.

1. Start KDE.
2. Find 'middle' of screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The middle of screen is set offset, so windows don't snap halfway rather than
wrong position.
EXPECTED RESULT
Set middle of screen at middle.
