SUMMARY
I'm trying to set up a notification command for an calendar alarm as Speech
doesn't work. So I set

"Run command" to "/usr/bin/spd-say -l de "Terminerinnerung: %e"

However, I never get any speech output. If I run the command on the command
line it works just fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings -> Notifications
2. Got to Application-specific Settings
3. Select Calender Reminders
4. Klick on Configure Events...
5. Set "Run command" to "/usr/bin/spd-say -l de "Terminerinnerung: %e"

OBSERVED RESULT
Silence

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be voice ouptut from speech-dispatcher
