STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the overview effect
2. Add as many VDs that the "+" on the right in the preview list is out of
screen
3. Pull the list to the left (Had to figure that out first, I expected a slider
or something)
4. Hover your cursor over the "+"
5. Click on "+" to add a another VD
OBSERVED RESULT
At 4 there's no selection visible on hover. At 5 nothing happens. First when
clicking another time the action is triggered.
