SUMMARY
Since 6.0, kwin_wayland floods my user journal with
QObject::startTimer: Timers cannot have negative intervals
whenever I move the mouse cursor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open user journal with `journalctl --user --follow`
2. Move mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
kwin_wayland floods the user journal
EXPECTED RESULT
kwin_wayland does not flood the user journal
