SUMMARY
After upgrade of my Neon with the latest update to Plasma 6. I can't import
icon theme from net.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Go to section appearance & style -> Icons and click Get New..
3. Select icon theme of your liking.
4. Press Install button - nothing is happening.
OBSERVED RESULT
Selected Icon theme is not installed in the user folder for Icons and it is not
visible to be selected from System Settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon theme should be installed or at least there should be a message with the
reason why it can't be installed.
