it seems even in 6.0 final plasma-discover-backend-snap only provides these
files:
/usr/share/doc/plasma-discover-backend-snap/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/share/doc/plasma-discover-backend-snap/copyright
So this seems to be a packaging issue
