This setting works great - to be perfect it would need to
1. optionally Change breeze theme from dark to light and vice versa so during
2. optionally dimm the wallpaper if the wallpaper has no dark/light modes - i
don't know if there are some dynamic wallpapers for this
3. optionaly change konsole theme/profile
