STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. dolphin: ~/dir1 file aaa.txt.asc (encrypt (aaa.txt)
2. aaa.txt.asc -> double click (view) 
3. modify text -> encrypt -> save ??? 
4. ??? offering dir ~/Documents [!!! expected: ~/dir1]

OBSERVED RESULT
offered save file in ~/Documents

EXPECTED RESULT
~/dir1
??? since i started in ~/dir1 
should be like saveAs in kate
