SUMMARY
For some reason the icons in gwenview's annotation mode window are much larger
than any other icons in any other toolbars on my system.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image in gwenview
2. Menubar -> Edit -> annotate
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons super large for some reason on my desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should probably be the same size as the icons in most other toolbars.
Spectacle seems to have the same annotation tools, but the icons are normal
sized.
