Desktop Grid is unavailable to choose from Screen Edges, and shortcut to

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > Screen Edges
2. Attempt to select Desktop Grid
3. Unavailable to select
4. Also, pressing shortcut key to activate doesn't
