STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kde plasma 6.1 (https://github.com/gentoo-mirror/kde,
plasma-meta-9999.ebuild)
2. open wayland session
3. right-click on desktop
Alternatively:
1. open x11 session
2. right-click and open wallpaper settings menu
OBSERVED RESULT
plasmashell exits resulting in a black screen, window manager and inputs still
work
EXPECTED RESULT
When right-clicking on the desktop and opening wallpaper settings,
`plasmashell` should not crash
