Observed on alpine.
After asking KWin folks, it seems it gets fixed with these workarounds:
- Setting the env QT_WAYLAND_DISABLED_INTERFACES=wp_cursor_shape_manager_v1 for
the entire session
- Going into the cursors kcm (kcmshell6 kcm_cursortheme) and then change the
cursor theme, and back to breeze
I'm not sure why the theme isn't working by default on pmOS though
