I find that with the 'force fonts DPI' setting disabled and Display scaling set
to 150% on X11,
1. Qt5 applications are not scaled (checked with Cantor and Kile)
2. The titlebars of all windows are unscaled
Nevertheless, gtk3 applications (gedit) and Qt6 applications (System Settings
and Dolphin) have their content scaled correctly.
