Flatpak Qt apps like Tokodon and Kile use a different cursor. Seems to use a
larger Adwaita-themed cursor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kile as a Flatpak and open it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor changes to a different theme when hovering over the window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should stay consistent with the rest of the system.
